Jeddah Gate Project by Emaar Middle East represents an actual embodiment of the idea of an integrated modern community . Covering an area of 413,000 sq. m. it includes prestigious residence towers (Alhilal 1 & 2), Emaar Square the entrance of the commercial project which consists of office buildings, commercial showrooms, restaurants, as well as the public plaza with its landscapes and water fountains.

Jeddah Gate Project is considered the second facilities management contract to be awarded by Emaar Middle East to Tadbeir, the first being Al-Khobar Lakes Compound in Al-Khobar, Eastern province, Saudi Arabia
